I had a great stay at this hotel, with comfortable beds and clean, bright rooms. The staff was very helpful and polite, and even sent me a sweet message apologizing for any inconvenience after I checked out. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the ample parking and easy hot water access.

The hygiene and overall cleanliness of the accommodation was great. There was hot water always available. the hotel staff were hospitable and showed me all available rooms so that I could choose the one I preferred. the parking facility was convenient and easy to use.
The balcony in the deluxe room was useless as it faced a dirty wall, making it unaccessible. the wash basin was not attached to the drain, causing the bathroom to overflow with water.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the place. The room was well-maintained and had easy access to hot water through the inbuilt geyser. The parking facility was convenient and easily accessible in front of the hotel, which made managing my vehicle effortless. the hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming. They showed me all the available rooms, giving me the opportunity to select my preferred space.
There were some aspects that left me dissatisfied. the balcony was of no use as it faced a dirty wall, which spoiled the ambiance.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area with easy access to parking. the room and bathroom are clean and tidy, with new fittings and a hot water facility. the staff are helpful and accommodating, even cleaning guests' cars on request.
There was some confusion during the check-in and check-out process, and the staff failed to inform us about the limited vegetarian menu.
